Recruitment Coordinator

You'll report to the Recruitment Team Lead and play a pivotal role in supporting the successful recruitment for our care homes. In this role, you'll receive full training on all aspects of recruitment, from posting jobs to ensuring CQC compliance. You'll be part of a welcoming team who'll support you with ongoing training and guidance., As a Recruitment Coordinator with Exemplar Health Care, you'll help deliver an effective and efficient recruitment service to meet the staffing needs of our care homes, including roles such as Health Care Assistants, Maintenance Technicians and Cooks. No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• assisting the Recruitment Team Lead with the full recruitment and onboarding process
• sourcing new candidates and managing a high-volume caseload
• attending recruitment events and support resourcing activities across all Exemplar Health Care homes
• arranging and assisting with interviews and group assessment days
• managing onboarding documentation and thoroughly vetting candidates
• liaising with internal teams and ensuring compliance with CQC/Home Office standards
• providing general administrative support to the Recruitment Team.

• strong verbal and written communication skills
• a fast-learning attitude and ability to multitask in a busy office environment
• proficiency in Excel and confidence creating spreadsheets
• the ability to quickly grasp and operate new systems
• willingness to travel to our care homes across the UK
