Recruitment Coordinator

We are now looking for a Recruitment Planning Coordinator to join our dedicated team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our recruitment processes run smoothly and efficiently, helping us attract and retain talented individuals who align with our Trust's values. Supporting the recruitment specialists and recruiting managers., In this role, you will provide effective and efficient recruitment advice and administrative support to both managers and candidates, all while demonstrating exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include supporting all aspects of the recruitment journey, effective planning for recruitment events, accurate analytical reporting , supporting with training and managing our recruitment system effectively to support effective time to hire.
