Job Description

ctrg are recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator to support on-site operations alongside several key clients in the Midlands area. The coordinator acts as the main point of contact, supervising staff, ensuring safety and legal compliance, and managing day-to-day operations to meet clients' needs and key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities

• Absence management
• Coordinating with client supervisors
• Drive and monitor performance
• Rota management including booking and planning of staff
• Managing and contributing to client goals, such as productivity, production, and quality.
• Coordinating recruitment activities like open days and assessment days.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivation and leadership abilities.
• A "can-do" attitude and the ability to remain calm and professional.
• Flexibility, as the role may require working extended or unsociable hours during peak periods.
• An understanding of the recruitment and site operations they are managing.
• Driving licence and own vehicle is a must as this role requires travelling across Midlands area.

Additional Information

Rate of Pay: £13.50 per hour, paid weekly. This role is an immediate start.
