At Home Instead Clacton, Frinton and Walton, great care starts with finding the right people. We're looking for an organised, people-focused Recruitment Coordinator who can bring energy, creativity and a genuine passion for finding exceptional Care Assistants to join our growing team. This is a varied role where you'll take ownership of the recruitment journey, from attracting and engaging great candidates through to supporting a smooth and positive onboarding experience. You'll also have the opportunity to shape how we attract talent within our local community, making a real difference to the quality of our services. As the Recruitment Coordinator you will:
- Manage an engaging, responsive end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring an excellent candidate experience
- Proactively source high-quality, engaged Care Professionals through a variety of recruitment channels
- Work closely with our Trainer to ensure new starters are fully paperwork compliant
- Partner with management to identify and implement improvements to our recruitment processes
- Understand local recruitment competition and develop our unique selling points
- Plan and deliver recruitment engagement activities within the local community
- Maintain accurate candidate records using SmartRecruiters ATS
- Monitor recruitment KPIs, achieve monthly targets and report results to management
- Ensure recruitment and compliance activities meets Home Instead's Equality, Diversity and Equal Opportunities standards
Hands-on experience in a recruitment role - A proven track record of delivering an effective end-to-end recruitment process
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong rapport
- Confidence, self-motivation and excellent organisation skills
- A good understanding of recruitment legislation and compliance
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- The ability to work well both independently and as part of a wider team
- Previous care experience is advantageous
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own reliable vehicle
Salary: £28,000 per year Hours: Full-Time - Monday to Friday, with participation in an on-call rota (typically once a week) If you're passionate about people, recruitment and finding the right individuals to make a difference in the lives of others, we'd love to hear from you.
