We're looking for a proactive, organised and people-focused recruitment coordinator to help us attract, engage and onboard talented professionals across our Neurodevelopmental Adults and Children's Services, as well as supporting wider healthcare recruitment when require.
This is not a role for someone who simply posts vacancies and waits for applications. We are seeking an individual who enjoys finding creative solutions to recruitment challenges, building candidate pipelines and keeping recruitment campaigns moving. You will work closely with hiring managers, candidates and HR colleagues to ensure a smooth, positive and professional recruitment experience from vacancy approval through to successful onboarding.
As part of our growing organisation, you will have the opportunity to make a genuine impact by helping services recruit the skilled professionals they need to deliver high-quality care. You'll research new routes to market, support hard-to-fill campaigns, coordinate recruitment activity and ensure all pre-employment checks are completed efficiently and compliantly., As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will manage and coordinate recruitment campaigns from vacancy approval through to appointment and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will advertise vacancies, coordinate interviews, maintain recruitment records and provide regular updates on campaign progress.
The role involves proactively attracting candidates for hard-to-fill healthcare positions by researching specialist job boards, professional networks, LinkedIn, universities and other sourcing channels. You will help build talent pipelines, improve vacancy visibility and support managers in attracting high-quality applicants.
You will provide excellent candidate care throughout the recruitment journey, keeping applicants informed and engaged from application through to start date. Working closely with managers, you will support recruitment planning, organise interview activities and identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes.
A key responsibility is coordinating safe recruitment checks, including right to work, references, DBS, qualifications, occupational health and professional registration checks, ensuring all compliance requirements are met before employment commences. You will also produce recruitment reports, monitor campaign performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that support the organisation's workforce growth objectives.
