360 Industrial Recruitment Consultant - Stoke-on-Trent £28K-£35K DOE + Uncapped Commission - OTE up to £45k
Are you an experienced recruiter looking for your next challenge, with the chance to earn more, build relationships and progress your career? My Client is seeking someone who is a confident and driven 360 Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join an established, people-focused recruitment business with a well-known brand. You'll be responsible for winning new business, managing existing clients, sourcing and interviewing candidates, attending client meetings and delivering a great recruitment service from start to finish.

- Previous recruitment experience is essential
- B2B sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive, driven and can-do attitude
- Full driving licence and own vehicle
