Nexter is young early years recruitment specialist set up in 2024. Our Yorkshire desk is established, and growing at a clip. London is our next major commercial footprint., We already have dedicated London Business Development on the ground feeding in client meetings and high volumes of inbound permanent vacancies. What we need is a proven, commercially relentless Senior Consultant / Desk Lead based in our Birstall office to take absolute ownership of the London desk: monetising inbound permanent fees while aggressively driving and scaling the day-to-day temp book.
This is a builder's role. You will have full autonomy over candidate attraction, shift delivery, and execution, with the direct objective of scaling the desk to the point where you hire and lead your own delivery team under you.
The Package
Strong base salary (£32k-£35k based on proven billing history).
Uncapped commission structure.
Birstall office: sit-stand desks, dual monitors, free on-site parking.
Hybrid flexibility (up to 2 days remote once desk rhythm is established).
