Recruitment Consultant

The Recruitment Consultant role:
 
- Speaking with candidates and customers face-to-face and on the phone
- Building strong relationships with local businesses
- Matching candidates to roles that really suit them
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
-Hitting targets and celebrating wins as a team

What We’re Looking For:
 
- A confident, friendly communicator
- Someone organised, motivated, and resilient
- Sales or customer service experience (recruitment experience is a bonus, not a must!)
- A positive attitude and a genuine interest in people
