Full Job Description
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their recruitment needs, and delivering tailored solutions
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to match them with the right roles
- Supporting our Business Development Manager with market insights and local lead generation
- Becoming a trusted recruitment expert to both clients and candidates
- Managing the full recruitment process from job brief to placement
- Staying on top of industry trends and market developments
- Maintain a pool of available, qualified workers, ensuring a constant supply of talent for client needs.
- Manage timesheets and oversee payroll processing using a dedicated management portal.
- Working towards (and smashing!) personal and team targets
- Conduct on-site client visits and service assessments to maintain quality and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Handle full candidate management, including registration, compliance checks, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Ideally, youll have experience in industrial recruitment (warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing), but if you come from another sector and have a genuine passion for matching people to roles, we would love to hear from you, Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within industrial or a related industry. - Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish long-term client and candidate connections.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individual with a passion for the recruitment process.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Full UK driving license & own vehicle
