Working at a student-facing Recruitment Service Desk, you will be a confident communicator proficient in a range of media, be able to analyse bulk data, be proactive in solving problems with a proven track record in outstanding customer service and have a keen eye for detail. You will demonstrate the ability to deliver outstanding customer service and build, manage and maintain long-term relationships, and enjoy financial processes including issuing timesheet administration, payroll queries, invoices, and budget reconciliation.
You will be a service driven and results-orientated with excellent general IT and administrative skills and have a good first level of education (minimum 5 GCSEs Grades A-C, including Maths and English). This is a great opportunity for an administrator looking for the opportunity to support a new recruitment process within the world of student and graduate employment at one the UK's leading Higher Education Institutes.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a driven and customer-focused Recruitment Service Assistant at Lancaster University's new Employment and Recruitment Service. The service is an exciting new initiative, launched in September 2014 managing in-house temporary recruitment on behalf of the University and operating as a commercial temporary & permanent recruitment service within the local area to gain employment opportunities for Lancaster's Students and Graduates.
Applicants must meet all the essential criteria on the Person Specification to be considered for interview. This is a full-time permanent role with hybrid working options.
