Recruitment Administrator

#TeamMKUH have an exciting opportunity in a growing team to develop your recruitment skills. As a recruitment administrator, you will provide an efficient and effective service to our busy recruiting managers within the hospital. The role will involve liaising with managers and candidates to ensure a streamlined and seamless onboarding experience, processing Right to Work, DBS checks and publishing adverts.

You will work proactively to support the continuous improvement of the recruitment administration service. Additionally, your ability to establish cordial relationships at all levels and your excellent communication and interpersonal skills would be an asset to the team.

The successful candidate will be based at Witan Gate House which is only a 10-minute walk from the main shopping centre and train station. This role provides recruitment administration for all Clinical and Corporate Divisions, you will be the single point of contact and ensure that recruitment administration and supporting processes and procedures are delivered to the highest standard.

You will support vacancy control for their areas and support recruitment from the point that a post is identified to onboarding of the successful candidate.
