As Recruitment Administrative Assistant you will be joining a team that's passionate about supporting people and communities. - Supporting candidates and new starters through the recruitment process
- Managing references, right to work checks, DBS checks, and onboarding paperwork
- Maintaining accurate employee records and recruitment databases
- Auditing files to ensure compliance and GDPR standards are met
- Providing administrative support including correspondence, filing, scheduling meetings, and answering enquiries
- Attending recruitment events and promoting Guild Care as an employer of choice
- Working closely with colleagues across the organisation to deliver an excellent recruitment experience

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

You'll play a vital role in helping new employees begin their Guild Care journey, providing a seamless onboarding experience from interview through to induction. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. From managing pre-employment checks and maintaining accurate records to supporting all areas of recruitment including events where you'll be engaging with the local community.
