The Opportunity
They are seeking a Recruitment Operations Lead to oversee operational performance across our recruitment solutions and talent technology platform. This role sits within the leadership structure of the RPO function and plays a key part in ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery for clients and candidates alike.
You will combine strategic oversight with hands-on operational management, ensuring resources are deployed effectively, processes run smoothly, and service standards remain high., Resource Planning & Operational EfficiencyEnsure appropriate allocation of associates and flexible resources across client projectsMonitor capacity and adjust deployment to balance utilisation, wellbeing, and service deliveryPartner with delivery teams to forecast demand and proactively plan for peak periodsCoordinate with HR, Finance, and IT to ensure timely onboarding, contracts, and system accessUse resource tracking tools and data insights to inform planning decisions
Supplier & Budget ManagementOversee procurement of third-party attraction and advertising channelsEnsure purchasing remains cost-effective and within agreed budgetsMaintain accurate purchase order processes and tracking
Billing & Commercial AccuracyEnsure client invoicing is raised accurately and promptlyReconcile delivery activity against contracted services and third-party spend
Team Leadership & DevelopmentProvide guidance and coaching to operational and client-facing teamsSupport performance against KPIs and service standardsFoster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture
Client Experience & Platform DeliveryOversee first-line support for the candidate management platformEnsure issues are resolved quickly and communication is proactiveSupport successful platform implementations in partnership with technical teamsMaintain strong, trusted relationships with clients

They are looking for an experienced operations leader with a background in recruitment, RPO, or HR technology environments.

Experience within early careers recruitment or campus hiring environments is highly advantageous.

9-month fixed-term contractFull-time (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday)Standard probationary period appliesPre-employment screening conducted in line with company policy
