ADAMO is a specialist recruitment business based in Epping, Essex. They partner with leading recruitment firms, search businesses and high-growth companies to help them hire exceptional talent across the UK and internationally. They are looking for a Recruitment Consultant Apprentice to join their growing team.

About the Employer

We focus solely on representing senior level candidates in the recruitment industry. Every opportunity we focus on have basic salaries starting from a minimum of £60,000+ We are one of the only companies in London to truly network at a senior level.

What You'll Do

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ambitious, competitive and enjoys speaking with people. You do not need previous recruitment experience; we are looking for the right attitude, work ethic and personality.

You will complete a Level 3 Recruitment Consultant Apprenticeship while learning from experienced recruiters and developing the skills needed to become a successful consultant.

You will be trained in:

• Identifying and attracting top talent through LinkedIn, networking and market research
• Building relationships with candidates and clients
• Conducting interviews and assessing candidates
• Understanding different industries and recruitment markets
• Managing your own recruitment processes from start to finish
• Developing sales, communication and negotiation skills
