Kickstart your career in the leisure industry with our Level 2 Leisure Team Member Apprenticeship at Dauntsey's School - a hands-on, fast-track opportunity to gain industry-recognised qualifications including NPLQ, Level 2 Teaching Swimming, and Level 2 Fitness/Gym Instructor. This 12-18 month programme (with the potential to complete sooner depending on your current qualifications) combines real-world experience with structured learning, offering on-the-job training alongside onsite classroom sessions and flexible online study. If you're motivated, people-focused, and ready to build a career in fitness and wellbeing, this is your chance to learn, earn, and grow in a dynamic environment.
