Recovery Navigator (Access Community Mental Health Team)

As part of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Partnership in Bath and Northeast Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire (BSW), Second Step delivers community mental health support in collaboration with Alabar, Missing Link and Nilaari. Together, were transforming mental health services by focusing on trauma-informed, person-centred, and culturally inclusive approaches., We are recruiting a Recovery Navigator to join our Access Community Mental Health Team in Swindon to work closely with individuals with moderate to severe mental health needs, helping them set and achieve personal recovery goals and connect to meaningful support within their community.
