Recovery Navigator

We are recruiting a Recovery Navigator to join our Access Community Mental Health Team in Bath to work closely with individuals with moderate to severe mental health needs, helping them set and achieve personal recovery goals and connect to meaningful support within their community. As part of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Partnership in Bath and Northeast Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire (BSW), Second Step delivers community mental health support in collaboration with Alabar, Missing Link and Nilaari. Together, were transforming mental health services by focusing on trauma-informed, person-centered, and culturally inclusive approaches., We are committed to working with arecovery-based approachand supporting people to meet their individual needs. The Recovery Navigator role offers either a traditional or peer-based approach, where individuals with lived experience of mental health can provide powerful, hope-inspiring support as part of their role.
