As an HGV Recovery Driver, you'll often work independently, but the moment you step out of your truck, you become a source of calm and confidence. Whether it's transporting a vehicle to a garage or helping someone reach their destination, you'll make a real difference in their day and their journey.
What will I be doing?
- Delivering exceptional service by safely recovering vehicles and reassuring customers during breakdowns, helping them get back on the road quickly.
- Working independently across varied locations and conditions, while remaining a valued part of a supportive team.
- Solving problems on the spot, using your technical skills and calm approach to handle a wide range of roadside situations.
- Staying solution-focused and compliant with EU Regulations & WTD, representing The AA with professionalism and a drive to always "Push for Better."
Qualifications

- A valid Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) and a digital tachograph card.
- Confidence using and adapting to new technology - we'll provide the tools; you bring the curiosity.
