Recovery Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Recovery Coordinator who has the skills and experience to assess and engage with our service users, ensuring that they access the right intervention at the right time, in a way that best meets their needs.

No two days are the same and we treat every person who comes into our service as an individual, so being flexible, curious and a good listener are key.

The successful candidate will be based in Sunderland and will be expected to work across various locations to meet the needs of the service.
