About you You will: Have Skills in supporting clients to lead their recovery journey, and to maximize their choice and control and be passionate about improving the lived experience and health of people using mental health services A proven knowledge and understanding of the care and support requirements of people with complex and multiple needs relating to homelessness, mental health, offending, drugs and alcohol Solutions focused can do approach Good standard of IT skills Proven experience of outreach or floating support work, demonstrating persistence and flexibility and a range of strategies in successfully supporting clients to engage Proven ability to build relationships, and to work collaboratively and successfully in a team environment across sectors and agencies What we offer A salary £26,056 Workplace pension contributions Travel expenses Flexible Working Policy Work mobile phone and laptop Cycle to work scheme Regular supervisions with your line manager Regular Group
Reflective Practice, We are recruiting a 1.0FTE 37 hours per week Recovery Coach to join our HWYNI Team in Bristol to support in providing low level tier 2 support for people across Bristol. Help When You Need It aims to provide people with flexible, tailored support at the right time and place. The Bristol based service will also link in with other agencies to overcome the barriers that limit people from achieving their goals.
