Full Job Description
- Manage a caseload of motor recovery claims from first notification through to settlement.
- Negotiate with insurers, third parties, and legal representatives to achieve successful recovery outcomes.
- Ensure claims are handled in line with FCA, FOS, GDPR, and internal compliance requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while supporting service levels and customer outcomes.
Previous experience handling motor recovery claims. - Strong negotiation and settlement experience within a claims environment.

- Salary £25,000-£28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
