You don't need previous experience to shine in this role. What matters most is a genuine passion for helping people and the confidence to greet every guest with a warm smile and approachable, can, do attitude. Our reception areas can be lively and fast-moving, so staying calm, thinking on your feet, and handling a variety of enquiries with ease will help you thrive. Salary: £25,087.76 (pro rata'd) Contracted roles follow a three point grading structure, with the opportunity to advance annually through the PDR (Performance and Development Review) process.
