Full Job Description
We are advertising for a client who requires a candidate to train as a dental receptionist with the prospect of becoming a dental nurse for their new and busy NHS & private dental practice in Flint. This exciting opportunity is a full time position between Monday - Friday from 8.30am - 5.30pm . Training within the practice will include: Reception:
- administration duties including making patient appointments including telephone and face-to-face communication, collection of patient charges, ensuring the day to day smooth running of the dental practice using the dental software.
- Liaising with the dental clinicians and staff to ensure the day to day smooth running of the dental practice using the dental software. Dental Nursing:
- being able to carry out high quality dental nursing to assist each clinicians with dental procedures
- ensuring that all cross-infection and decontamination procedures are carried out in correctly
- Preparing and closing of the surgeries
- Health and Safety procedures
- Infection Control procedures
- Basic First Aid & Medical Emergencies
- Patient Confidentiality and GDPR procedures
