Full Job Description

Greeting guests and being the first point of call
Ensuring a pleasant welcome and cherry goodbye
Managing the cloakroom service
Seating guests, informing the management of any requirements
Supporting the senior team during service
Flexibility in working days and hours
Available to work evenings and weekends
Using Seven Rooms to maximise restaurant capacity
Menu and table plan printing
Supporting the restaurant team to turn tables
Reporting any problems to the relevant manager

Passion for drinks, hospitality and guest experience
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Flexibility and a willingness to help build something from the ground up
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Previous experience in a similar environment desirable but not essential
