Full Job Description
we have an exciting opportunity for a receptionist to join our busy team in cannock out patients.
We have a 28 roomed multi-specialised department, which is open Monday to Friday 8-6.
We have 22.5 hours per week available, worked flexibly between monday and friday., We are delighted that we have been rated as "Good" by CQC. We have achieved numerous awards; The Nursing Times Best Diversity and Inclusion Practice and Best UK Employer of the Year for Nursing Staff in 2020.
The Trust is a supportive working environment committed to creating flexible working arrangements that suit your needs and as such will consider all requests from applicants who wish to work flexibly.
Booking patients in and out of the department.
Making further appointments/ adding to waiting lists as required.
Completing back office functions / administrative duties when needed.
Dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries.
Helping colleagues and other members of the multi-disciplinary team.
Liaising with Consultants and other staff
Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as a caring compassionate personality and a desire to help others.
You will be dealing with members of the public on a daily basis so a cheerful helpful disposition would be an advantage.
