Full Job Description
To support the delivery of a high-quality, patient-focused service. Therole involves close collaboration with clinicians, healthcareprofessionals, managers, administrative staff- both within theorganisation and externally - as well as with patients and theirfamilies., Responsibilities include handling enquiries and complaints, conductingpatient interviews, and resolving issues effectively. The role is carriedout independently, with the manager available for guidance andescalation. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
