Full Job Description
We are looking for several Receptionists to join our welcoming front-of-house team at the Mayflower Campus. These roles are vital to ensuring a positive experience for all visitors, learners, and members of the public. You will be the first point of contact for our café, general reception, and occasionally our on-site Style Hair and Beauty Salon, taking bookings, messages, and providing helpful information. Your main duties will include:
- Providing a warm and professional reception for all campus visitors
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and face-to-face enquiries
- Supporting bookings and messages for the on-site salon
- Managing post, ID cards, and general administrative tasks
- Processing payments, maintaining records, and assisting with conference and room bookings
- Supporting enrolment and college events, which may include occasional evenings or weekends

- Afternoon Shift (12:30 pm - 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday) (£16,093 - £16,327 per annum) All above roles are 52 weeks per year contracts. Salaries are pro rata to £23,819 - £24,165 per annum.,
