We are looking for a Part Time Receptionist to join our team as the first point of contact to our head office in Wokingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and ensuring a seamless front desk experience. This position will be joining our thriving UK medical device manufacturing company to work within our Reception Department. Daily duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Answering and diverting incoming calls from the main switchboard
• Welcoming visitors and ensuring they are checked in and badges allocated
• Creating welcome signs for external visitors
• Sorting incoming and external post
• Organising and communicating lunches
• Keeping telephone and employee lists up to date and organised
• Liaising with other members of staff, and helping with other administration
  
  Experience working as a receptionist
• Experience answering and re-directing phone calls
• Confident using functions in Microsoft Office
• Experience using a franking machine
