Receptionist - Outpatients Department

Part-time - 22.5 hours per week over days per week (Monday, Tuesday and Friday)

The main duties of the post will include booking patients into clinics and making follow up appointments as well as the accurate coding of Outpatient procedures, and ensuring all outcomes and DNAs are recorded in a timely manner. The post holder will provide a full and comprehensive reception service to Outpatient clinic areas across hospital sites and community locations., Reception cover on a busy main Out-patient desk. You will be dealing with the public in a face to face setting. Booking patients into clinics using the hospital system. Making follow up appointments using Outcome system.
