Full Job Description

This is a Fixed Term post for 9 months to cover maternity leave and part-time for 26 hours per week.

PLEASE NOTE: The post will include working shifts between 8am and 8pm.

The Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust, Head and Neck Directorate is seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individual to join our Reception teams.The team is committed to providing our colleagues with a positive experience assisting them to build fulfilling and rewarding careers., Duties include welcoming patients into the departments, preparing patient files for clinic appointments, being the first point of call for patients attending Clinic and arranging follow-up appointments for patients before they leave the department.The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and be willing to multi-task under challenging and busy conditions.
