Receptionist and Music Administrator

Wednesday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00

Term-time plus 2 weeks during summer holidays We are looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic Receptionist and Music Administrator to work within our outstanding music department, which serves the three schools within the Loughborough Schools Foundation. The Receptionist and Music Administrator will be the first point of contact for pupils, staff, parents and visitors engaging with the department. Suitable candidates will have confidence in managing multiple tasks in a busy environment with a positive and welcoming approach Key responsibilities include:
• Assisting with the administration of music timetable
• Undertaking administration of the Saturday Music School
• To support the Music Manager with general administration
• Dealing with enquiries from pupils, parents, staff and suppliers
• Supporting the events coordinator with event communication

• There will be some degree of flexibility required to cover events and to meet the needs of the department. Additional hours may be required on occasion, and these may occur during weekends or evenings. Two annual weekend events are included in the salary; lieu time will be given for the additional events.
