Full Job Description
The purpose of this role is to provide a friendly and professional experience to our external customers and internal teams at Bra HQ, whether that be by telephone, email or in person. You will play a key role for our HQ by being the first point of contact for all facility related queries and provide support to the other functions within the People & Culture team. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, so we are looking for someone who is keen to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in! An example of what the Receptionist / Administrator will be involved in:
- Welcoming visitors to our Bra HQ and being the first point of contact for phone enquiries.
- Helping set up our meetings rooms for various activities and set up for HQ events.
- Handling all our facilities contracts to ensure we provide a safe and clean environment for our teams.
- Managing all incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
- Keeping on top of our HQ stationery, supplies and sundries.
- Carrying out HQ induction sessions with any new starters at Bra HQ.
- Maintain our security system through allocating fobs to all new staff and visitors.
- Assisting our Property & Maintenance manager with Health & Safety requirements at HQ and the co-ordination of all first aid requirements.
