Receptionist - Fundamental Hospitality - London

As a Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire dining experience. Working closely with the management and front-of-house teams, you'll manage reservations, coordinate guest arrivals, and ensure every interaction reflects the quality and standards of Fundamental Hospitality.

• Previous Receptionist experience within luxury restaurants, five-star hotels, or premium hospitality
• Exceptional communication and guest engagement skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A confident, warm, and professional approach
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
• The right to live and work in the UK
