Job title: Receptionist/Administrator Location: The Potteries Surgery Salary: Up to £24,960.00 depending on experience Hours: 15 hours a week Help us to deliver great primary care by improving access, outcomes and patient experience. can be for our patients, employees and NHS partners., As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include responding to patient queries, liaising with the wider primary care team, managing appointment requests, signposting patients to our range of services, maintaining patient records and confidentiality, emailing, scanning and coding clinical correspondence, processing prescription requests, and utilising other information systems to support efficient workflow processes. We look for new colleagues with reception or customer care experience, excellent communication skills, basic PC skills such as Word and Excel, and the ability to work within processes while maintaining confidentiality and data security. Previous experience in the NHS is welcome but not essential.
