Full Job Description
We are pleased to offer an opportunity to join our team as a Band 3 Receptionist/Administrator, working 16.5 hours per week. This is a valued role providing a professional, welcoming, and efficient reception and administrative service to the Contraception, HIV and Sexual Health teams within Hertfordshire Sexual Health Services.
You will play an important part in supporting both patients and clinical staff, helping ensure services run smoothly and accessibly.
Please note: applications from individuals who have previously applied for this post will not be considered., o Book and manage clinic appointments, including processing new referrals and maintaining waiting listso Communicate appointment information clearly and sensitively to patients and carerso Provide administrative support to clinical staff, contributing to efficient service deliveryo Act as a first point of contact for day to day issues involving staff or service users, resolving concerns where possibleo Handle complaints in line with CLCH policies and procedures, escalating where appropriateo Build and maintain positive working relationships within the multidisciplinary team and collaborate with other departments when needed
