If that sounds like the kind of organisation you want to be part of, we'd love to hear from you., An exciting opportunity has arisen for a kind, caring and compassionate admin professional to work on reception for the Mid-Sussex Neighbourhood Mental Health Team, Specialist Adults at their Linwood Site in Haywards Heath. This is part-time position (33 hours per week available), to include working on a Monday and a Friday., + Telephone and email communications.
+ Scanning & Uploading documents.
+ Ordering Office Stationery via Oracle.
+ To participate in the Trust's supervision and appraisal system.
+ To welcome visitors, answer telephone enquiries, taking prescription requests, handling incoming and outgoing post.

We are a very friendly and supportive team who are seeking an individual who has excellent communication skills and able to show kindness, care and patience; You will require welcoming skills, be able to work under pressure in a busy environment and enjoy face to face contact., + Experience in a Administration role or relevant administration experience
+ Experience using Microsoft Office including Outlook and Word
+ Experience of working within a physical or mental health care setting although not essential., Successful candidates are normally appointed to the bottom of the pay scale unless previous NHS experience in a similar role can be evidenced.
