School Receptionist & Office Administrator We are looking for a friendly, organised and professional School Receptionist & Office Administrator to become the welcoming face of our busy front-of-house team. __________________________________________________ Application Closing Date: Currently ongoing Start Date: As soon as possible Terms: Permanent, 3 days per week (Mon-Wed), Term Time only (+6 weeks) __________________________________________________ Bethany is a vibrant and forward-thinking co-ed independent day and boarding School, for 11 - 18 year olds. Rated 'Excellent' by ISI in 2023 This is a varied and fast-paced role at the heart of school life. You'll be the first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff and visitors, providing a warm reception, managing enquiries and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the School Office. What you'll be doing You'll be greeting visitors, managing calls and emails, coordinating daily administration, assisting with pupil travel and attendance, supporting events and helping staff with a range of office tasks. Every day is different, and you'll play an essential part in keeping the school running efficiently. What we're looking for

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft 365 and working in a busy, varied environment
- Professional, discreet and able to multitask
- Smart, friendly and calm under pressure Working days and hours: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday | 7:30am-5:30pm Salary: £20,320 per annum Desirable Experience in a school office, reception or customer-facing role, and familiarity with systems such as iSAMS (training provided).
