Full Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organised receptionist/administrator to join the team at the Litherland Walk in Centre within the Reception Hub. You will be responsible for welcoming patients and visitors providing a friendly, professional first point of contact. Registering and checking in patients, managing appointments and inquiries, handling telephone calls and ensuring patient information is recorded accurately and confidentially., First point of contact for service users booking into the Walk in Centre Booking and managing appointments. Updating patient records. General administrative and clerical duties. Reception duties /customer inquiries Answering telephone enquiries professionally and efficiently. Managing electronic and paper-based information systems.
