Our Balfour Beatty Highways business has a terrific opportunity for a Receptionist and Admin support for our M25 J10 A3 Wisley Scheme. Balfour Beatty Highways maintain, manage and operate major highway networks across the UK and support local authorities creating communities where people want to live work and play. We provide high quality asset strategy, management and planning consultancy services to a wide range of public and private sector customers. We provide specialist, reliable, sustainable and creative advice for asset management planning and implementation in the UK. We put our customers first and prioritise completing schemes safely, efficiently and to a high standard. What you'll be doing
- Manage and welcome all visitors to the project office
- Book Meeting Rooms
- Maintain project Contact List
Individuals will require: - Experience using word and excel preferred
- Good organisational skills
- Proficiency in administration, writing, numeracy, IT and MS Office
- Proven ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Friendly, personable and professional
- Good interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic and works well in a team
