much more Working Hours: 3 days per week (Wednesday- Saturday) 25 hours Evening shifts from 4pm- 12pm/1am The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year. What you will do: Ensure all members and guests are welcomed professionally, creating a warm and personalised first impression at all times. Maintain excellent attention to detail when managing reservations, enquiries, and member requests to ensure a seamless guest experience. Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork by working closely with restaurant colleagues to support efficient service delivery and member satisfaction. What are we looking for? Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality or fine dining environment. Strong leadership and team development skills. Excellent understanding of luxury food, beverage and service standards. Exceptional communication and member-facing service skills.
