Receptionist

The successful Receptionist will · Meet and greet resort guests. · Assist guests with any queries they may have. · Advise on the local area. · Issue accommodation keys and information. · Advise guests on events within the resort. · Handle telephone calls. · Deal with customer complaints. · Accurate cash handling.

Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential. A driving licence and the ability to drive is advantageous to get to and from the retreat.,

  We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team at The Springs Resort & Golf Club in Oxfordshire. Hourly rate of £12.89!
This is a temporary position to work part time hours. This will be 24 hours across 3 days which will include weekends and bank holidays.
