Full Job Description

To provide reception, referral, and information to clients in a flexible, respectful and non-judgemental manner, including referring to others, and answering queries; keeping up-to-date records and files; using IT systems and word-processing as appropriate., Application Tip: Ensure your supporting statement refers to the person specification as this will assist in a successful sift through to the interview stage.

Experience/understanding of confidentiality issues for young people accessing sexual health services

Previous receptionist or administrative experience

Experience of telephone work, for example managing and directing incoming calls and supporting clients over the phone

Experience of record keeping, including updating basic client information and filing and storage of records

Experience of word processing and inputting and retrieving information from a computer system
