Receptionist

Norfolk Primary Care is seeking a friendly, organised and compassionate Receptionist to join our Vulnerable Adult Service based at Under One Roof in Norwich. This is an exciting opportunity to become the first point of contact for patients, visitors and partner organisations, providing a professional and welcoming reception service while supporting the wider clinical and administrative team. The successful candidate will be confident working in a busy environment, able to prioritise competing demands and committed to delivering excellent customer service to some of the most vulnerable members of our community. This role requires a full-time onsite presence due to the nature of the service and patient-facing responsibilities.
