Receptionist

We are looking to recruit a friendly and enthusiastic receptionist to join our team. You will work from the first floor of Waters Green Medical Centre., The main duties of the job include:

- To provide efficient and professional reception and support services to patients and professionals on behalf of Macclesfield PCN in order to ensure the highest standards of quality customer service are maintained.

- To provide administrative support to services and contribute to their smooth operation.

-To provide support and reception cover during periods of sickness and annual leave.

- Day-to-day duties include answering telephones, making appointments, responding to patient queries, signposting patients to the most appropriate service and liaising with clinicians and other members of the healthcare team.

- The first floor of the medical centre is a very busy environment and requires multi-tasking skills and a can-do attitude.

The reception is manned between the hours of 7.45am until 6.00pm.
