Full Job Description
Are you a friendly, organised and professional individual who enjoys working with people? We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Receptionist to join our administrative team on a part-time, term-time basis as part of a job-share arrangement. As first point of contact for visitors, parents, students and staff, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience while supporting the smooth running of the school reception. Additional administrative hours may be available at various points of the year to support the admin team.,
- Welcome visitors, parents and students to the school
- Manage reception, visitor sign-in procedures and incoming calls
- Respond to enquiries and direct visitors appropriately, following safeguarding procedures
- Process mail, deliveries and messages
Friendly, professional and customer-focused - Organised, reliable and able to manage a varied workload
- Confident using IT systems and carrying out administrative tasks
- An effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently, use initiative and maintain a professional approach when managing multiple priorities
- A positive team player
£24,562.00 - £24,878.00 per annum - full time equivalent (term time only and part time, the actual salary equates to £12,241.15 - £12,398.64 per annum), Hours: 8.00am - 12.15pm, Monday to Friday Salary: Currently £24,562.00 - £24,878.00 per annum - full time equivalent. As this position is term time only and part time, the actual salary equates to £12,241.15 - £12,398.64 per annum. Please note that salary reviews take place each September and as such the salary range quoted above is subject to an increase at that time following governor approval.
