Full Job Description
As a Be Well Receptionist, you will work within the various leisure facilities across the Borough. You will act as the first point of contact for service users and will support customers with range of enquiries including bookings for swimming lessons and Gym session and promote the benefits of the Be Well membership packages.
You will provide a comprehensive, efficient, and effective telephony, online and face to face customer advisory service by acting as the first point of contact to the leisure centre. You will use effective communication skills to actively engage and provide professional responses to resolve customer queries.
The ideal person for this role needs to be able to plan, work and manage their time efficient and effectively demonstrating accurate and concise work. You must have good organisational, verbal and written communication skills and use your own initiative and work flexible as part of a team.
A good knowledge of computer systems and experience in inputting and extracting data such as databases, spreadsheets, word-processing packages, and email is key to the receptionist role. The role at times is demanding so experience in working in a customer service environment is beneficial and you can identify problems and seek effective solutions., To be appointed to this role you must be able to prove your right to work in the UK, and you must maintain a valid (active) right to work. Salary: Grade 3, £8,124 £13.26 per hour
11.75 hours per week
