Full Job Description
Bradfield College is looking for a professional, organised and welcoming Receptionist to help create an excellent first impression for everyone who contacts or visits the College.
Working at the heart of our Reception area, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of this busy front-of-house function. You will be a key point of contact for parents, pupils, staff and visitors, providing a friendly, efficient and professional service while supporting a warm and well-run environment.
We are looking for someone with strong communication, organisational and IT skills, along with a friendly and discreet approach. You will be confident building positive relationships with people across the College and beyond, and will bring reliability, initiative and flexibility to the role.
This is a part-time role with a regular working pattern of 8am-5pm on Thursday and Friday throughout the year, plus 9am-2pm on Saturdays during term time. It could be ideal for someone looking for a stable, people-facing role in a welcoming school community, while still having time for other commitments during the week.
In return, Bradfield College offers a range of benefits, including a contributory workplace pension scheme and three-times life cover, subsidised membership of the sports centre and golf club. We also offer access to an Employee Assistance Programme, BHSF Health Cash Plan, Cycle to Work and Electric Vehicle schemes, free parking, and lunch when the College kitchens are open.

The closing date for applications is 9am, Monday 20 July 2026, however applications will be considered as received so early applications are encouraged.
