Full Job Description

To answer telephone enquiries, take messages and ensure prompt delivery to the correct person.
To help patients/members of the public, stakeholders andcontractors access our services and find the right information/place.
To deal with internal and external enquires to the department, including providing results where appropriate.
To sort departmental mail and reports.
To prepare and type letters, reports and other documents.
To record communications with the department as required
To maintain a record of results issued by telephone or email following a telephone enquiry.
To implement quality control systems within the office.
To photocopy and send emails as required.
To ensure confidentiality at all times, only releasing confidential information obtained during the course of employment to those acting in an official capacity in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Action and its amendments.
