Full Job Description

The key purpose of the role is to support Oswaldtwistle Branch with the general day-to-day running of the office, working to deadlines and in line with the Company's policies and procedures.

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Receptionist to join our Head Office team. As the first point of contact for many of our clients, families, employees, and external professionals, you will play an important role in creating a positive and welcoming experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Job Specification:
-Answer and professionally direct incoming telephone calls.
-Respond to enquiries from clients, families, employees, and external professionals.
-Manage reception duties and provide administrative support to the office team.
-Maintain accurate records and update company systems.
-Assist with quality assurance and compliance checks, ensuring documentation is completed and up to date.
-Support the management team with general office administration.
-Carry out a range of administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the business.

-Previous experience in a receptionist, administration, or customer service role.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-A professional, friendly, and approachable manner.

-The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively, and learn new skills.

Willowbrook is a long-established provider of Domiciliary Care and Extra Care services, operating primarily in East Lancashire and Fylde & Wyre. Services are commissioned by Local Authorities and by private clients. This role is based at our Head Office/Hyndburn branch, Union Road, Oswaldtwistle, Lancashire.
