Full Job Description

You will be required to cover sickness and absence. The service is open daily 8am to 8pm including Bank Holidays (including Xmas Day), and weekends, and shifts are allocated according to service needs., The post holder will provide reception and administrative duties to ensure the smooth day to day running of the work environment. Work with colleagues in establishing and maintaining administrative procedures to promote patient satisfaction, respecting the confidential nature of information relating to the Trust, its staff and patients. To participate in training and development programmes both internal and externally. Ensure the delivery of the quality strategy within the designated area incorporating establishment of systems and processes.

Two part-time positions have arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic person to work for the Walk in Centre team across the 4 Liverpool Sites; City Walk In, Smithdown Walk In, Garston UTC and Old Swan UTC. They will be customer focused and provide a comprehensive service. Communication and organisational skills are essential.

One post for 16 hours and another for 22.5hours.

They must have excellent inter personal skills, and be able to organise and prioritise their work schedule. They must be able to work on their own initiative, with excellent telephone manner and respectful confidentiality. Previous experience is desirable . They must also be willing to work across all sites as required.
